That using the common sense. If we use the VGC data then Uncharted for Vita sold more (digital + retail) because here the U3 isn't near 6 million.

You're right. Digital Sales can be tracked with 100% accuracy. The problem is that Sony/Microsoft don't reveal these numbers to the public.
Hopefully in the future, this will change. I don't see why they can't show at "# of times downloaded" counter on their online stores.

Uncharted is the obvious choice as of now.

If Sony decides to actually release games for it then we might be able to get a different Million seller over the Holiday. But, you really never know with Sony...

Digital did have that 10% discount on it, but it is way too hard to be guessing sales off of digital. We will probably hear some information about the first million seller Vita game that will include digital sales, even if we are not given that number. Uncharted GA is close and Gravity Rush will probably not beat it to 1 million. Other games are probably coming too late out of the gate to reach it first as well.

Before the PS3 everyone was nice to me :(

Uncharted GA is the obvious choice... is too near the 1 million mark. hard to other game to do it before. even if we talk about COD or GTA. the vita owners, right now, are handheld and sony fans, and there are no evidences that these guys like that much, COD or GTA...

That still isn't proof. I would sooner believe the PS3 games are undertracked, which is beleiveable for massively bundled games.

Personally, I'd be surprised if digital sales were 50K. Given how small the Vita userbase is and most people want a physical copy.
