No, Vaporware are games that are never officially cancelled, they just "disappear". Like Agent... nothing was ever said about that game after its announcement.

No one said it was "too late". Just that they're taking their sweet time with it.
But at leat we're better off than with Agent. Does Agent even have a trailer at all? What is the game even supposed to be about? Genre?

Not quite the same since we did get a full game and some DLC but I hate that they cancelled the additional planned DLC for Heavy Rain.
