It really depends on how many they can manufacture in the period. I'm predicting a sellout not based on anything about the Wii U, but simply based on the shopping fever that overcomes people (at least in the US) between Thanksgiving and Christmas.

You should have made this thread after E3 so we know when it releases. If it releases during the middle of November like the consoles this gen I'd say it will do roughly 1.9-2.2 million. If it releases earlier say middle of October, I think it will do 2.8-3.2 million.

I guess it will launch before Nov 23, so if it launches at least a week before it, then I will make my prediction at 3.1 million units.
