Im at a stage where its damn near impossible to get that much people over my crib to play games, school, work, family gets in the way.

Of course i have female friends, they just either dont like playing games period, wii or otherwise, or they or either one of those non casual gamers that will actually play the SFs, CODs, Tekkens etc.

the female post was to that other guy. I took his comment as he fools around with all women when thy come over, but you just don't do that.

As for Mario Kart, it's a different generation. I think you're older then me, I'm only 23, and most girls my age have at least played Mario Kart before, or have a slight interest to it. My gf loves playing new people in Mario Kart because she can win a race lol, so when she pushes people to play, it's easy to get new girls into gaming.

it depends who it is ;) but seriously the women who I associate with are just not into that thing. Also this is 2012 and the Wii just isnt the it thing that it was. Now when it first came out different story. A good deal of my female friends tend to play the stuff i play. My current chick, doesnt even have Wii, she's on Xbox, and is always snatching my Vita(she loves the Welcome Park for some reason).

Im five years your senior and my peers just arent gaming like that anymore, girl or guy. Oh they've all played MK but no one is really in a position to just have 4 player all nighters anymore. Do I like it? NO. Does it suck? Hell yeah. Enjoy it while it lasts.

I watched my friend play this for a few hours when I was younger. It did not interest me at all. To me it was the Mario 2 of the Mario world. It may have been a good  game, but it just did not interest me at all.

Super Mario Sunshine and Mario 2 are the 2 best Mario games ever made.

On topic, though, I will never understand the appeal of Metal Gear Solid 4.  That series started off putrid and managed to one-up itself in shittiness over and over again.  I would literally rather watch paint dry, because at least if you're watching paint dry you are getting what you signed up for, as opposed to signing up for a video game and getting a horrid, trite "film" instead.

lol alright. Every girl is different I suppose. My girl plays what I play too, but only if it's a JRPG, or something really cool like Zelda. She loves Mario Kart and Donkey Kong Country too, maybe I just have a very casual inner gamer. Most of my hardcore friends call me casual, and my casual gamer friends call me hardcore.... I never belong LOL.
