Everyone's different, there are no set rules. I'm right handed, but I struggle with reading maps and mathematics while my girlfriend is very good at both. At the same time, I am much better at "language based situations" and always preferred subjects like English and History to Science etc.

I think most men would agree with this analysis based upon their own personal experience. So this isn't so much of a revelation as it is a confirmation. Speaking to the map orienteering I would like to add something. For all the women who tell their men to stop for directions. Leave him the hell alone. Men love getting lost, and finding their way out. This is a man getting in touch with his emotions, and afterwards he is going to positively overjoyed with himself. Well unless someone keeps yelling at him the whole time that is. Let him have his hero fantasy.

These studies are based on the average not the entirety of the sexes. So if your perspective is different than what is shown in the OP, your just slightly unique amongst your sex.

That makes the female brain seem superior in my opinion.
