Minecraft consumed my friends list

Funnily enough, only 3 players(including) myself have got it. Out of 25-30 peeps on my friend list.

Glad to see people really enjoying the game, you really have to play it to understand. Been playing it on PC with Shader mods , Faction Mods, More animal mods , more Mob mods, So good, have not got this one yet but will soon to play with friends. hopefully updates will make the worlds larger.

Same here. Much, much more of my friends are playing Trials Evolution. Only Gears of War 3 is higher on the list.

What do you think of it so far?

I never really got into castles when I was playing alpha. I just built a little hut at spawn with some stash in it and a nice glass bit, with a ladder down into the first cave where I found shelter. There was a super cool network of tunnels around there, and I had a mental network through the nether, but I ended up uninstalling it because it ate too much time.

Dangerous time-sink this game, tempted to xbox it though.

Sometimes it is fun, then it gets very dull and annoying..  It is the best game to play when you are listening to an podcast but it is sometimes hard to find something to do.  Now I just made a giant stair to heaven and I am making a castle with an floor that exist out of glass and also trying to make a swimming pool in the air..

My feelings are like this =>  I start with an project => I work on it for a few hours  => It is finished and i don't know what to do anymore => when I am sleeping I come up with nice ideas => after work start doing some work again in the game...etc...
