That seems pointless.
Gen is over and they need benefits to upgrading to neXtBox.
neXtBox will have Win8 base like all their future products and surely have a great experience with online and apps and such. So, if I'd just leave it as is for now.
Finally a browser. The 360 really needs this.
But even if IE9 is way better than the older ones it is still not the greatest thing in terms of web standards and interpretation. The other big browsers either have the same/a similar core or easy to remember commands for styles which makes developing easy as hell on those. But IE ... well ... it may offer more options on some things for developers but nobody knows because you simply can't remember the commands nor find any info on those. And it's still a little buggy on the newer standards.

You can use mice and keyboard for the PS3 browser, so maybe (keyboard is a given) you can use a mice in the 360 browser as well.
Y? the cpu does it so much better. A shittier albet consistant number 2 is your cell. Y browse off your shitty console (all consoles are shitty for browsing) just to take 5 minutes longer to go where you need to go?

Not sure on that. From what I've read of beta impressions, they're not that positive. They're pretty much of the opinion that one size fits all result in some formats suffering. Haven't tried it myself but I'm holding out judgement.

Cool, hopefully Playstation follows and gets a decent browser aswell, the one on there now isn't that great, it's a last resort. Chrome + Flash/java etc. would be awesome, I'd love it to be identical to the browsers we get on PC.
Does anyone know if you could use the browser and game at the same time on this one? You can't on PS3 presumably due to ram restrictions, but seeing as you can CGC on 360 could you browse?

Really? I'll check it out. I don't know how they're gonna win people back, it would be a stuggle even if it's better. It's just viewed as being a shitty default that nobody uses for whatever reasons.
