WTF?! How the hell this is related. The thread is about fantasy things, and not Religious Dogmas.

this
My kids are 9, 8, and 6. They all still believe in all of that. I find it enjoyable and magical for the respective holidays. I figure they'll figure it out on their own and no reason to bust their bubble.
Funny last year my now 9yr old was in the car with my wife and one of his classmates on a field trip. On the ride there they were talking about Christmas. Santa came up and my son is telling her how Santa always leaves some dirt in our floor where he creates his chimney with magic. The girls says, 'what, don't you know your parents do all that?'. He laughs and says 'no way... there is no way parents could do all that in one night'... she was about to continue arguing with him but she saw my wife's frowned face in the rear-view mirror and just was silent. lol
If they didn't believe... the holidays would be empty. Its a drastic difference in houses without that magic.

RE LOL haha funny story!! XD. Even though CHRISTmas is more about other things (not only gifts and santa lol), it is a good thing that your kids have a really happy and enjoyable experience in that date.

Was the capitilization of "Christ" in Christmas intended? Or was that just a coinkidink?
I also just noticed that you, Gilgamesh, are posting something about Christmas when it is quite far away and something about Easter which has already past. Are you losing ideas? XD

We're not Christians.... so yeah, it pretty much only family, decorations, gifts, and jolly ol santa.
