Well like many of you, when I was younger and money was more tight, I used to sell loads of games, hence I "only" have around 40 games in my PS2 collection, but since the PS3, I have basically kept them. In fact, I have regretted losing a few games from my collection so much that I have gone and re-bought them... (used and cheap though!). So, I now have a lovely collection on my shelf of well over 100 games, and long may I be able to buy physical copies of games!!! I have moved on with PC because Steam is better than everything else (though I physical if it supports steamworks, like the Total War games), I shall be getting Vita games physically just so I can look at them on my shelf

But essentially, if you can afford it, you should certainly keep them, but if you can't, selling some of the less memorable games that you own to play some more isn't the worst idea in the world

I sold my old systems to help pay for the new ones, so I sold the games with them.

MegaDrive: sold it all to buy the N64

N64: sold with a game and controller... but bought my sisters N64 a week later with 3 games and a controller for less money.

2nd N64: sold about half my games shortly before I bought my GC, but I kept the N64 system.

GC: sold with 3-4 games about 6 months before I bought the Wii, kept most games though to use on the Wii

2nd N64: finally sold with the rest of the games and stuff about 2 years later, I miss Blast Corps and Pilotwings but otherwise I haven't missed it.

Wii games: I keep the games I think I am likely to want to play again, but sell ones that don't have much replay value to me.... for example I sold Super Mario Galaxy even if I think it's an awesome game, I played through it completely 2.5 times (three times with Mario, twice with Luigi) then sold it, I will probably do the same with SMG2 after I have played through it once more.

Never sell them. The nostalgia is great and having a collection is cool.

i like to keep my collection intact so i dont sell them unless i'm getting rid of the system or i just dont want them anymore.

I used to keep my games, but then after I got older I started selling them.

I found no reason to keep a bunch of old games sitting in boxes in storage. Might as well get something for them, which in turn helps me buy more games.

Should you sell? Probably. Do I? Nope. I've got probably hundres of pounds of games I could sell that I never play but like to keep.

I'm obviously the kind of gamer developers and publishers dream about - always buy new and never inject stuff into the used game market.

Used to pirate game, but then I became a sucker for collection now.

Depends on which game,
for example Mario kart 7 has unlimited replay value, never selling, Zelda Oot 3D is a classic, not selling..............BUT, other games that are not memorable or dont have replay value like Splinter cell 3D or Spiderman: Edge of time are totally dispensable after 15 h of gameplay, i bought them for 15$ and sold them for 10$, pretty good deal, 5$ for a month is a good renting price.

I keep every N64, Gamecube and PS2 game, those are part of me.
