This is now Sonys #1 IP. People say an IP should be measured on individual sales, which is true, but I also believe number of releases per gen matters just as well.

Good that Sonys best franchise came from this gen as an origional IP.



Xbox: Best hardware, Game Pass best value, best BC, more 1st party genres and multiplayer titles.

same here... its really hard to buy new games this time around (latter into the generation) because my backlog is bigger than what is desirable with this economics. if DLC is worth the bigger price tag of this version over the normal one i will buy this instead.

Critically anyway. Commercially, Sony's best franchise still holds firm at Gran Turismo.

Then again that all depends on what the production costs were for GT5... given the Development time that it took to complete the game. Obviously the Uncharted games this gen have an overall advantage since there has been 3 on the PS3 alone and one of the Vita so far so would have generated the most revenue/profit but i would agree that series comparison there basically is none in terms of revenue/profit (thanks mainly to the insane sales of GT3 and 4 lol)
