If you add the urban population of Seattle and Miami that's almost 9 million people that a lot more then .005% of the US.  I hate to say it but the Heat now has a great change to repeat practically every veteran would be willing to sign with the Heat at a league minimun salary in order to win a ring.  If Steve Nash signs with them then I'm going to actively root for them to repeat.  OKC will eventually win a title but the team will probably look a lot different execpt for the core of Durant and Westbrook.
