Haha, it feels great to have! Also, the music playing during this first downloaded map.... Well, I don't want to spoil it, but it's delightful!

ahhhh.... My favorite strategy game!!! Fire Emblem might be my fav franchise of nintendo soon lol. Im just glad that its getting the attention it needs, It should be a 3mil seller franchise imo! Story is good, Stats/battle system is fantastic... I could go on! So wats the DLC about, also wat are we getting free? Just this pack?

It's basically fighting characters from previous Fire Emblem games and is good fun so far. And yes, I believe this is the only one we're getting free, for now.

I'd imagine it follows the pattern set out in Japan, correct?

  Another Story: Spirit Talisman 1
Krom finds himself lost in the Other-world, where he meets an ageing fortune teller who can use magical talismans to summon lost spirits. When a battle breaks out, the fortune teller aids Krom by summoning who...?

Reward: Hero King Marth's Talisman (allows players to recruit "Marth from Another World")
Difficulty: 1 star, Price: 300 Yen (initially free)
Artist: Senri Kita (Path of RadianceRadiant Dawn)
Krom is joined by Marth, Ike and Arum as NPC units and the objective is to defeat the 10 main heroines from previous titles. The enemies on this map are Level 7~8: the weakest DLC foes you'll come across. After completion of the mission, Marth will join as a Level 8 Star Lord.

Battle map
: Chapter 1 (Dark Dragon and Sword of Light)
Map theme: Battle map 1 Player Attack (Dark Dragon and Sword of Light)
Battle theme: Battle 1 Player Attack (Dark Dragon and Sword of Light)

I can post the other DLC and SpotPass information, but I'll likely put this in the OP

This is my fist time seeing, second time posting here.

Is the score still 91 or has it gone up?

Still 91, but there's 2 more reviews: 93 (GamingTrend) and 90 (Modojo).

Will update the thread when the Metascore changes.

Yes, that's the same one and I imagine the rest of the DLC will follow suit with Japan.

Obviously I was going to get the game no matter what, but these great reviews are a great sign nonetheless. Can't wait. ^_^

Now I just need to find my 3DS... I have no idea where it is at the moment. -_-

I was wondering where you'd gone off to... no one uses Swapnote anymore myself included !

I want to. The demo was really interesting and I have wanted to get into this series. Animal Crossing comes first, though.

Animal Crossing is in, like, a bajillion months. Fire Emblem is next week!

One of us! One of us!

EB Games Canada was told they could start selling it on Tuesday, so I got it then haha. And Nintendo already put up the first DLC today, it would seem.

Wonder if sales would be included with this week's numbers then?

I was wondering the same thing.

I was wondering the same thing.

I don't think it's particularly likely, something similar has happened before and the sales were just included with the next week.

Regardless, looking forward to the forthcoming week so people can say how much theyre loving the game (hopefully!)

As long as all the sales are counted, then I'm glad. It would suck if VGChartz's tracking screwed up and completely misses all those sales somehow. But I don't imagine that would happen, not to mention those sales would probably be minimal and near insignificant compared to the US sales so if their were to not be tracked for whatever reason, it probably wouldn't make much of a difference.

Metacritic has actually gone UP to 92 again after 2 more reviews!

Now it's getting to the point where a hipster review won't make that much of an impact...almost certain to stay above 90 now.
