I agree! The more people who get to play this game the better as far as I'm concerned.

Dunno what happened to Advance Wars though...always prefered FE however.

I really want to get this game but I'm still sitting on sacred stones and then I want to beat Tactics Ogre and then there's Final Fantasy Tactics in my backlog....might be a while before I get to this game....

ya might want to get this one ASAP. I think the first week DLC is free, and new DLC every week, not sure if thats free though?

That's correct. SerenesForest gives an overview of the DLC, of which I will update the thread with later.

Just know that there's about 4 groups of 3 DLC chapters focusing around certain groups of characters from past games, with a further 4 for collecting gold,weapons etc. These give you past characters (the ACTUAL Marth, Ike, Miciah, Roy etc.). Then there was a further 2 collections of 3 released, one which was 'fanservice' and one which was designed to be incredibly hard. You got conversations and 'pleasure' out of one, and 3 Pegasus Knights from the other. Finally, 3 more we're launched set in the future with just the Gen II characters from this game as the focus, and a final chapter which is designed to be almost impossible. 

Add in the 8 (?) free Spotpass characters, the 13 Spotpass teams from the respective games and random Streetpass encounters, and you have a pretty big post-game.

Wish I had the game right now so I can download the DLC. I'm holding myself to not sell any games to get this, but the hype is killing me. I can still get the game this month, but won't get it launch day unless I do. Damn... so many hard decisions.

Haha, it feels great to have! Also, the music playing during this first downloaded map.... Well, I don't want to spoil it, but it's delightful!

ahhhh.... My favorite strategy game!!! Fire Emblem might be my fav franchise of nintendo soon lol. Im just glad that its getting the attention it needs, It should be a 3mil seller franchise imo! Story is good, Stats/battle system is fantastic... I could go on! So wats the DLC about, also wat are we getting free? Just this pack?

It's basically fighting characters from previous Fire Emblem games and is good fun so far. And yes, I believe this is the only one we're getting free, for now.
