I'm no expert, but isn't Microprose a publisher, not a developer? I'd nominate them as I loved X-Com, but they didn't develop it...

Also, I'd like to nominate Core Design as I loved Tomb Raider, but you're crediting Ubisoft Montreal?

Also, no Taito who created some of the most amazing arcade games?
