Continuum is (has been) on again. It's definitely going the way of Heroes now, plot is a mess. I'll give it a few more weeks but it's a big step back from previous seasons.

I watched episode 2 of Mr. Robot (missed the first). New hacker series, apart from the stupid names (fsociety against Evil corp. really...) there might be something there. It's better than Continuum atm.

A modern version of Short circuit in Blomkamp's District 9 style. It seems a lot of critics dislike it for feeling a lot like District 9 in structure. I like his style and humor, nothing wrong with it. Plenty directors do very well with making the same thing over and over, eg Wes Anderson. It's funny, it's different, doesn't take itself too seriously yet still plays with some serious subjects.
The alternate ending included on blu-ray makes the ending a lot darker, setting it up for a sequel that will probably never come. The official ending is fine, fits better with the rest of the movie.

the murder case of hana and alice (2015)

overall good anime the story is simple and not overly complex like most anime films which means anyone can have a good time..as for the animation of the characters it felt a bit like a stop motion film which was annoying (head hurts) but i got used to it pretty fast..and the title is a little bit missleading.
