EDIT: Looks liek they were just thinking about it. 38 Studios ended up moving out of MA because RI gave them some moolah

Which is still, of course, considerably greater than zero, our initial target. Still, though, the Budget was good and everything isn't quite as bad as everyone thought, which is always nice.
OT: Hooray! I'm pretty sure second place is out of reach permanently now, but maybe we can overtake Canada to regain third. I don't see that the loss of GAME will make much of a difference. People will just shop elsewhere.

Nobody has ever claimed that all industries are equal. The important thing is that competition exists within an industry. Rocksteady Studios isn't competing with BP and Barclays.
