Forums - Sony - How would you change the PS Vita hardware design?

It needs more colour and skins.

Analog triggers to make them better for racing and slightly more space from right analogue to face buttons.

Also after seing how easy it is to post screenshots online through flicker app better front camera would be nice.

they should like add another screen on top, in 3D and make it like so you can fold it together! and like remove one of the analog sticks and like sell it later as add on!

“It appeared that there had even been demonstrations to thank Big Brother for raising the chocolate ration to twenty grams a week. And only yesterday, he reflected, it had been announced that the ration was to be reduced to twenty grams a week. Was it possible that they could swallow that, after only twenty-four hours? Yes, they swallowed it.”

I'm really happy with the design but there would be a few changes I would make.

1- make the analogue sticks go inwards at the top, like the Xbox controller analogue sticks
2- make the analogue sticks click inwards
3- better quality cameras
4- don't make thing where u put the games in at top so awkward to open. I dunno if I'm the only one experiencing this?

- Slide Design (like PSPGO)
- All Glass Front
- Metal sides
- click in Analogue sticks
- dont waist so much money on a screen then have it not even HD.

More space between the x button and right analog
Slightly larger buttons
D-pad neo geo style
Remove back touch, it's like someone said: the ds has 2 screens.. You know what? Lets have 2 touch areas!!

You put your pinky's where???? I guess that's one way to hold it. I just assumed everyone would hold it with index fingers on trigers while wrapped around the sides while having the back rest on the sides of your middle fingers.

Before the PS3 everyone was nice to me :(

I reckon it's pretty good as it is.

I think it won't be long until there are unofficial snap on concave extensions for the thumbsticks which will make them slightly taller and easier to grip. That would also stop the inside edge of my thumb sometimes registering as a screen tap when I have the sticks at extreme left or right travel.

The start and select buttons are a little too hard to push, if they were slightly less recessed it would be better.

Not sure why the dust covers for the game cartridge slot and expansion(?) slot are designed that way. Feels like they will break eventually.

Buttons!

The only thing I can think of is the start and select button, just have them to stick out a little more.
