Smartly, they've left room for improvement in Mass Effect 4.

Those chests are getting big, but I've seen bigger.

The female body model used in ME1 just looks kind of off as a whole. Both the ME2 and ME3 ones actually look more normal than ME1.

Also they've hardly gone and given her DoA boobs or anything.

Funny this is happening in Mass Effect as well.... I noticed this same thing happening to the girls in my class when I was back in the 5th and 6th grades.

Hehe.  It's almost as if in the first two games in this series that they gave the girls flat chests to prove that the game wasn't about that.

I agree with binary here.

Flat -> Small -> Normal

Perhaps, to keep everyone happy and not suggest there's any such thing as "normal" we can revise to ME3 boob and butt size = average.
