My fanfic was rejected from Equestria Daily. With good reasons. In retrospect, I'm a poor editor, my "original" ideas are cliche, my main character is a Mary Sue, and I'm not that good a writer. So I'm feeling a bit down. ANybody have some happy pony stuff?

Question: does anyone actually know when Season 3 starts? I'm jonesin for some ponies, and the negativity of the world (mostly the Vita Doomsayers) has been getting to me. I need something to cheer me up and watching Twilight go a little crazy loses its lustre after the 12th time.

As for Salnax...well, maybe if you discussed it with some bronies to get some feedback and maybe find an editor you can get better results next time. I'm not actually a fan of pony fiction myself, but if you want, I can go through something you've written to give feedback and some editing pointers, if that's what you need.

I don't think I need much outside help, thank you. I understand what I'm doing wrong and how to make it better. Stupid as it sounds, I just wanted someone to whine to.

I really need to do another chapter of my story, but i keep getting off-set. I've felt compelled to give closure to something that Xenoblade failed to give closure to.

Today I watched Spike's dragon quest thing, hurricane Fluttershy, and the CMCs' newspaper adventures. I might watch some more episodes today, I don't really have anything else to do

Salnax: I remember reading somewhere that they'll announce when Season 3 begins a month in advance. I dunno how true that is, but it seems reasonable enough. Basically though, it'll be a while. You can always check out the stuff they released at Comic Con (if you haven't already) if you don't mind a few spoilers.
