Slightly annoyed that I have to get on Live to achieve the best ending -.-

Did everything in the damn game and my meter is well over the required amount but the 50% galactic readiness is screwing me.

Yes, you do. In order to recieve the best ending you need a Effective Military Strength of 5,000+. I have 3,812 (or something like that with 7,624 TMS ) and i've done EVERYTHING. The 50% GR is killing my ending.
