That was a problem with a lot of N64 games back then. My parents were not amused when these games were beaten in a half a day. So I ended up buying my games after a while because they would not spend money no more. |
Hahaha, that sounds just like my Mom when I was growing up. Granted once the N64 came out my parents never bought me any more games. I instead payed for them myself by saving up my allowance or doing odd jobs for neighbors and family friends ( like mowing lawns and watching peoples pets when they went on vacation) In fact the only video game console my parents bought for me was my NES. I received the SNES for christmas from my Grandpa and my Grandma bought me a Gameboy with Link's Awakening. Every other gaming console I bought with my own money.
But yeah, my Mom would always get angry when my brother and I would buy a new game and beat it within a day or two. She thought we were wasting our money. LOL
I'm an advocate for motion controls, Nintendo, and Kicking freaking Toad to the Moon!
