I like how Heroes of Ruin is coming together! It's very much like Diablo, but should be good fun when you're on the fly!

Heroes of Ruin is a very nice addition to Square Enix franchises... it's reminding me of Gyromancer (in setting and art-style) which is great, and another Square Enix gem - no pun intended.

I always forget where you are located. Did you already play the demo? Are you in Europe? |
I wish! I'm from Brazil. Always get my games from europe though - UK shop, to be precise.
But no, haven't played the game. But I'm following this game closely.
That's because they're so ashamed of it! It lacks the power and they don't want ppl to see that ^^

Miyamoto explains why Wii U can't stand vertically Jun 06, 2012 by gimpee Every time we have seen the Wii U console itself it's always been sat horizontally. That's because the system is designed so it can't stand vertically. In an interview on Kotaku, Shigeru Miyamoto explained why. He explained that like with Microsoft's Kinect, that the physical hardware is not the face of the system. "Similarly with Wii U, when we [considered the question] ‘What is the face of Wii U going to be?', for us the face of Wii U really isn't the console box itself. It's the controller; it's the Wii U GamePad. So just like a set dop box is non-descript and tucked away, our feeling was that the Wii U hardware was something that could be tucked away and out of sight. |
That just doesn't make sense.
If the focus is the controller, and not the console, why can't users "hide" it vertically with their DVD or game boxes?
The real reason maybe lies in the first answer: "I guess we could make a stand," Nintendo's senior game designer, Shigeru Miyamoto, told me yesterday, laughing, "I think maybe it was because we didn't want people to think it was a Wii."
Please excuse my bad English.

It seems that New Super Mario Bros. 2 is going to feature Nintendo Network in some way and the official box art has been released.

Probably mini-games, like the first one.
But imagine co-op? Who catches more coins (and there's lots of them now)... Frantic!
Nintendo's Facebook giving out new game information every hour for the next 26 hours.

During the second part of the Hardware conference last night they went over they touched on the intergration with MiiVerse which is part of the Nintendo Network.
Well I'm going to post both of these here also since the WiiU thread is a little dead right now.
ABC news (of all media) confirming that you will be able to transfer your Wii virtual console and Wiiware titles to WiiU.

It seems that EA has more than the Lego title and Mass Effect 3 for the WiiU and for some reason decided not to announce them.

If find it funny out of all the gaming media that is covering E3, ABC news is the only one to ask about this to get direct confirmation. (This after all the flack CNN is getting for being stupid.)
