hm, twice as 360, if that means a Ps2 to Wii kind of graphical upgrade is good enough, although i think they need
720/ps4 graphics to compete for the hardcore
they really missed 3rd party with Wii and missed the chance to reach ps2 success, imagine if all those titles 360/ps3 are getting had a Wii version as well, it could at least hold on the Wii some more but now it had a sudden death with no ninty support
i hope WiiU is not relied entrirely on Nintendo's support

well made thread op. i love the Wiiu controller, for some reason. will be back as thread gets updated.
edit: $50 would guarantee i buy it day one. $199 would guarantee i buy it within the first yr. and $249 would guarantee i'd buy it period. anything higher simply won't work.

I'm so hyped for the Wii U. The wait is aweful.
I'm pretty sure Nintendo's gonna rape the hell out of Microsoft and Sony for their press conference this year.

I think Nintendo can wait till the third week of october, maybe even last week of october. People will wait 1 or 2 weeks if the versions of the games they are getting are the best ones and launch with 2 of their own games, something for the mass family friendly market and something for the "hardcore" gamer (Retro Project?), and keep one or 2 more games for the nov-dec period.
If the Wii U is anywhere close to twice the power of the X360, forget about native 1080p gaming. It should consistently be able to produce native 720p games, but that's not exactly a step up from the current generation of HD consoles. I hope this rumor is false.
