I call Poe's Law on this. Nothing this inane could possibly be anything other than a parody, surely?

I can assure you that this guy (Chuck Missler) is real. I can also assure you he knows the difference between evolution and abiogenesis.

Watch the Penn and Teller Bullshit! episode on Creationism...  (quote) “And then there’s this asshole…”

He is one of the most dangerous cretins because he is fully aware of the nonsense he spreads out and uses his "skills" to convince the gullible  (Most people don’t have any fundamental knowledge of biology and they’ve forgotten most of it over time).

This shit can't be real.

God bless America.

Which is why America looks the way it does today.

lol what do some religious idiots have to do with a poor economy and $15 trillion debt?

Bad government is why America looks the way it does today not because of morons like in this video.

I wasn't talking about the economy, I was talking about the average religious view/mentality most americans have. God bless America this and God bless America that is making me sick just by hearing it.

Trust me.  Most average Americans aren't anything like this idiot.  Maybe people think that we open up a jar of Skippy looking to see if there is a peanut butter monster, but most of us don't.  Honest.

funny he uses a "what I can't see isn't there" kind of argument, as the existence of god can be disproven with that one aswell

the example ofc is a joke though, as additionally you'd need water (or atleast a fluid) and millions-billions of years

Well... Yeah, I know and I do trust you. I just strongly dislike religion overall I guess. Religion should never be used to make a political-, or in this case: Factual point, but American presidents and their minions are experts at doing just that.

I mean, I've even heard that certain schools don't teach kids about evolution, but instead teach them that God made the Earth and all its inhabitants and that's final. I hope that's not true but I wouldn't be surprised at all if it was. I feel sorry for pretty much anyone born outside of the nordic countries + UK + Germany plus a few more countries to be honest. If someone want to believe in a religion then that's fine as long as they're not forced/made to believe it since childhood. Proven facts should go before story books when teaching in schools and by parents.

Oh well... This will never be a perfect world.

Oh okay fair enough, just a misunderstanding then.

Yeah I don't really know why America is so Christian. The founding fathers were Deists, not Catholics or Protestants. So I see why Americans all believe in God but I don't get why they're all religious like this.

Yeah, me neither. My country used to be very christian too, so I guess it will fade away over there eventually as well.

Honestly, America isn't as religous as you guys think.  It's just that a very small group of people are very vocal.  I would also have to tell you that most American Christians aren't looking in a peanut butter jar for life.  It's a shame that guys like the one in the video make Americans and look stupid.
