Katamari Forever: Congratulations (Gold Trophy) from 11/21/2010. I don't remember if it was me or my gf who got that though.

I hadn't used my PS3 in so long that my controller battery was dead.

That's a nice one! I still want to get 100% on the game. I've cleared all of the Legend Mode, but I still have to do the Dream Mode scenarios. I got distracted playing Forza 4 awhile back and haven't gone back to the game yet. (I have the Japanese version of the game.)

Yeah dream mode is the most time counsuming (but helps you rank kills for the different Ken styles)

Try getting a second player to assist you, its more fun playing with a friend plus you finish objectives faster (thats what i did).

The last one i got was in Assassin's Creed Revelations DLC Lost Archive called The Loop which i got my finishing it

i dont take note of trophies I get. I only play to finish a game.
