#1.) I didn't write it.

#2.) Yes, I agree with it. I had a PSP and I can assure you that without the 2nd analog stick you can not support all genres properly. With the Vita and it's plethora of control inputs I don't see it having issue running anything you could find on home consoles. Unless of course you bring in Kinect/Move/WiiMotion games, although in return it can run games that those can not.

With 3DS I guess you could do so with the Circle Pad pro, but unfortunately that is a peripheral and not present on all 3DS units, so it won't ever be utilized properly. Pretty much the same exact problem PS3 + Vita has when compared to the Wii U and it's tablet controller.

Vita is pretty much a home console in your hands. It truly is a wonderful device.

The 3DS though is just as worthy (better in my opinion) handheld system. It has a perfect amount of games and perfectly fine controls. It works perfectly overall. Also you need to read my other post to see my view on that. ;)


Your obviosuly blinded by bias, with 2 analog stick, full PSn and online inmtegration Vita is Identical to playing big consoel games on nthe move. Not Resident Evil, not anything on Ds is anytihng liek a full fledged console experience, it doesnt have the graphics, controls, or online options.

 

I can boot up my vita, play and chat with my PS3 friends in other countries, use 2 analog sticks and play uncharted iudentical to uncharted on PS3. Please explain how the Ds does this.

I had a PSP and I know the hassles of not being able to control the camera. It was one thing that made me unable to play Birth By Sleep.

I want a 3DS with a 2nd circle pad. No, I won't use that CCP as I don't like how it looks, plus I don't like that it causes the 3DS screens to be off-center. Although I believe that other that that it is a great device and I will be picking one up eventually. Maybe once it gets a bigger JRPG library. I don't care much at all for Mario these days. More of a Pokemon guy myself, due to it's old school JRPG styled turn-based combat.

I also greatly disagree with it being a better device for home console gaming on the go. The fact that it doesn't have that 2nd stick standard already throws a big monkey wrench into any argument you could try to bring since all games would need to be made originally tailored to using just 1 stick, which comprimises camera controls.

It was one of the HUGE complaints about the PSP. I was shocked when Nintendo didn't offer (2) sticks standard and am confident they will add it in a future revision.


They most likely will, but I do have to say, you don't seem to be complaining about Battery life anymore....what is up with that Euphoria! :P

When I realized the 3DS battery sucked, phone batteries sucked and PSVita battery sucks, I figured bitching at this point would solve nothing.

So see, I admit the battery life sucks, lol. You should check the official Vita thread back in the first 20-50% of it. I would bitch about everything with the system, but just like with 3DS I learned to just accept it. It would get to the point where people said I should probably just dump my preorder because they didn't know what else to tell me, lol!

I would definitely say I bitched them both out equally. There are still things I bitch about with Vita too.

I think the best argument in favor of the Vita to be honest is that it is the only one where you could literally bring your home console games on the go via save transfers through the cloud.

I highly suggest you get one of these. Not only does it help to keep your from touching that back screen but it also allows you to not worry about placing your Vita wherever the hell you want to place it.

Ah yes, this is another great feature ill be using for MLB 12 the show.  Cannot do this on ANY other handheld.

Actually I will get that for sure, but still will suck when I go into one handed mode gaming (don't ask I get lazy holding the controller up while grinding sometimes). 

Now all I need is reverse remote play (throw whatever is infront of me on the TV screen as well, and I will very much enjoy Vita) in terms of hardware. I did this with the PSP for awhile.
