A quick google search and that is the one I was thinking of.  Here in Europe it's called DK Snowboarding Cross, which was the name I was trying to get at.

The track is called DK Skikane in German. A great pun that fits the track quite well.

Donkey Kong stuff usually has good names. Donkey Kong Country 3 has fantastic levels like Pillepalle-Pipeline and Höhlen-Holerö.

 

Those are pretty interesting! Is PillePalle-Pipeline the English version?
