Doh didn't try that. I got redirected to youtube xl as usual and there I still didn't have the option to see anything beyond the default 240p
I just tried the standard version which works a lot better now, it used to be a game of skill to hit the search button. Yet still no other option then 240p. Maybe it restricts me because I use wifi? Although my laptop uses the same wifi and the exact same video on the exact same address allows me to change the quality all the way up to 1080p.

The quality popup menu on my ps3 browser only shows the captions: Quality, 240p, Auto. On my laptop: Quality, 1080p HD, 720p HD, 480p, 360p, 240p, Auto. What's going on?

This update came at a perfecr time. Illness has confounded me to bed for about a week now, the new update allows me to to do more stuff and I have to say that the amount of crap that has been posted since I left is staggering, Sony have copied the Wii-U eventhough it's not out yet and the VITA is Doomed when it's also not out yet worldwide....seriously...? WTF PEOPLE?! Anyway, i'm back...kinda nice to see the browser working brilliantly and random doing my spell checking as I go along!

PS One/2/p/3slim/Vita owner. I survived the Apocalyps3/Collaps3 and all I got was this lousy signature.

Reasonable on 08 February 2012

Haven't used the browser for ages. Will give it a go but doubt I'll use it much. Love the idea but unless it's an enormous jump over the current one I'm guessing it's still not good enough vs using my iPad or portable or PC.

Maybe I'll get a nice surprise.

EDIT : I'm surprised. Had a quick try and it seems much better. Way faster than I remember and handled the sites I tried without a hitch.

Try to be reasonable... its easier than you think...
