Forums - Sony - Future Vita owners are you going all digital?

A question especially for people in countries in which Sony doesn't officially distribute its Playstation products, are you going all digital?

I mean we usually buy from ebay, play asia or mecado libre (latin america's Ebay) and those prices are jacked up most of the time, since all Vita games will be on PSN with a rumored discounted price (I'll believe it when I see it) will you go digital distribution only or re-selling your games and get back 70 to 80% of the price paid is still something you won't give up?

As it stands, no. The memory sticks are too expensive and buying retail games on PSN is a lot more expensive than buying them from most stores.

If games sold over PSN are cheaper then maybe I can justify buying another expensive memory card for 'em. And if the memory cards become cheap and the games sold over PSN are cheaper or on par with physical copies then I'll go digital.

No. I like physical copies. I will probably do a mix of both. But my launch day copy of Uncharted is retail.

Physical all the way- though I'm concerned how small they are.

PS One/2/p/3slim/Vita owner. I survived the Apocalyps3/Collaps3 and all I got was this lousy signature.

Xbox One: What are you doing Dave?

Not fully but I will probably buy more digital versions then I have done with psp and ps3.

No. I love me some game boxes and the memory cards are expensive. I'm planning on the 8GB memory card, so you can't have all that many games on it.

If the price difference is as big as it is in Japan, hell yes. If not, I will buy mostly online. I just like the convenience of switching games faster and not changing discs/carts.

i'm gonna buy expensive high quality games like uncharted digitally because they're cheaper
and because i'm gonna get an 8gigs memory card i'm gonna store the games idon't play on my computer

I wonder if the loading times are affected by the media being fully digital. If the loading times are better on digital (as they should be), than I'll get more digital than physical copies.

I remember a comparison video where the difference was small but the actual cartridge won. Which is actually how it really should be because since Vita game carts are... well... flash based of course. Just like the mem cards. But the cartridges have just the games on it where as there's more searching involved with data on a multi-purpose storage card.

I would go all digital, but prices are way too steep in comparison to physical copies, so I will still use physical copies.
