Great news. I was hoping it would live up to expectations. I don't mind that the melee isn't as good as UC3, but long QTEs can be quite annoying. Still this will be my first Vita title no doubt. Gravity daze/Rush will be second.

Those cons are quite negligible other than the framerate drops. However I get framedrops on my copies of UC2 and 3. Not to mention UC1 had screen tearing issues. Hell my copy of UC3 still crashes my PS3, with the new 1.03 patch doing nothing to ameliorate the problem. So the 9 seems justified in this instance.
