Hey sorry for being such a noob but can you guys point me towards something that's similar to Ninja Scroll and Basilisk. I'm pretty casual with the anime but I do like the following: graphic violence, supernatural, monsters, Ninjas, sci-fi and so on. Anything on Netflix would be a big plus but I'll buy something if it seems right. Thanks.

I LOVE paying for Xbox Live! I also love that my love for it pisses off so many people.

Recommendation time... I am buying anime Blu-rays anything good that is a short serie or a movie? I have a few (Evangelion 1.11, Evangelion 2.22, Summer Wars, FLCL, Grave of the Fireflies, Berserk The Golden Age I), I am looking for a few choices that are not too expensive, because I found a few ones but the prices are way too high.

Movies around 25 dollars and series about 50 dollars are my current budget, any ideas?

I was/am under the impression he didnt like what he heard about the anime being tragic/depressing from Zarx.

The ending isn't really the worst of it tho lol, infact it's practically uplifting compaired to the stuff leading up to it.

I am probably going into spoiler territory tho lol.

No worries, I enjoyed the anime already ;p

But not everyone in the thread has, and I wouldn't want to spoil to much.

It's pitty this forum doesn't have spoiler tags or at least formatting options that I could trust to work.

Monogatari Series Second is coming in July and it's going to be two-cours (be two seasons the first anime for Shaft to do so in 6 years).

I'm so confused with the title @__@

Is this related to: Bakemonogatari

Then you likely haven't seen Nekomonogatari, which is the prequel to Bakemonogatari.

Ok so I just finished watching Code Geass and that shit was fucking depressing. SO anyone got any recommendations for a feel-good anime? Preferably short run less than 24 episodes.
Thank you

Anohana. 12 eps. So you watched both seasons? Nice...that Anime saved me.

If you want a real "cute and fluffy" anime though K-ON or Chunnibyou is nice.

Anohana is far and away more depressing than Code Geass. That's an evil recommendation.
