This is so amusing.

That's why the ios market if for, 1$ failed clone on a flooded market.

Nothing Nintendo can really do about it. Games are not copyrightable, only the actually artwork (Textures, models, characters, sounds, etc) They may be skirting the line with the levels, but they have probably been changed sufficiently. The only way Nintendo could sue would be if their art resources were used. Sucks.

The thing it that by trying to clone a great game and taking all of its elements you think they would at least manage to do something decent, but not even that. I am amazed at how bad it looks and how awful the gameplay and controls look.

It look even worse than the Mario Galaxy failed clone.

I think the bigger shock here is, is that it's not from gameloft..
