The big update introducing 3D video among other things which should have come online tomorow is actually being delayed at the last minute. The delay which was announced first for Japan then America and has now also been confirmed for Europe. The features to be added include the ability to "Record video in 3D - capture up to 10 minutes of 3D video, or even make your own stop-motion animations." Offering "New ways to play using StreetPass Mii Plaza - with new puzzles for Puzzle Swap and new areas in StreetPass Quest!" and "The ability to perform a complete system transfer, including downloaded software, between two Nintendo 3DS systems"

The update is now scheduled for the 8th of December, looks like we will have to wait just a tad longer. Are you pissed I for one was looking forward to trying out some of those new features. Oh well guess its just another week or so till release. Whats your take on the delay?

Waiting an extra week or two makes no difference. I will be busy playing Mario Kart 7 anyway!

I have a few questions:
1) Why does it says that it will be available by December 8? So, can we expect it to be released earlier?
2)"We will provide an additional update once the system update is officially available." Does this means that there is another upcoming update?

Anyways, I think I can wait a few more days. =]

I knew this would be delayed. And just like we probably won't get those free gba games till well into next year. I don't see the purpose of waiting. They should have just added one feature at a time like every two weeks have an update. It'll be easier on them and it'll give users time to fully try out each feature.
