You can have all the experience in the world and still be dead wrong, the gaming industry's graveyard can attest to that much. History in general is littered with the corpses of groups and people who refused to change and were left behind.
But the only question I have is this: At what point does your self-aspoused professionalism kick in? When do you realize that this is doing more harm than good? And when do you take the high road and walk away?
Right now I see petty argument, stubborn refusal to give consideration to opposing views, and a generally rude demeanor..things I would consider to be the antithesis of how a professional would act.
