Did noname leave too?

Rubang was pretty funny.

Yes, noname2200 left. After this year's E3 he decided to look for a new hobby. There's no point in sticking around when there are no or hardly any games you are looking forward to.

You mean, more specifically he´s very disappointed in the direction Nintendo has decided to go with the WiiU, right?

Anyway, he could stick around if only for the community he grew used to on the site, unless the people who he had the most conversation/debates with have also left.

I hope he´ll be back when the next generation starts.

It could be a reflection of games in general. Based on my own percetion of gaming from 2005, I would now leave as well. However since 2005 my perception changed and have become open to western gaming.

How was your perception back in 2005?

Rol, speaking of the 3DS, have you picked up Mario 3D Land yet?

No, I live in Europe, but not in Switzerland. Retailers didn't break the street date in Austria, so I'll have to wait until Friday. But since Skyward Sword releases on the same day, SM3DL won't get much, if any, playtime for a while anyway.

So, Rol, with Skyward Sword just a few days away from launch, how´s your anticipation compared to when Twilight Princess was released?

not sure what to say about my being here right now, but the user in questions wall post is very disturbing to me. suicidal at the least.

How was your perception back in 2005?

Basically a perception of eastern specific gaming, revolving around JRPG and rare nintendo gems. Total disregard for anything western, and the poor attempt by the east to emulate the west.

I guess western gaming on consoles really started taking off after the introduction of the original Xbox and the huge success of GTA 3.

You say you have become open to western gaming...what made you embrace it?..any game in particular?

Zenfolder was one of the best debaters on the site and I respected him. One day I wrote a bait thread that he fell for terribly. He got so upset with me that he left me a PM that was about 8 paragraphs long. He was not pleased. I have to say that I miss him.

Also, I definitely miss noname. He was actually one of my favorite people on the site. I hope that he comes back one day. I can't say that I blame him for disliking the 3DS and for questioning the direction of the Wii U though.

Is Legend11 still around?...the last thing I remember is he was very pissed at the mods and called naznatips a "fat piece of shit".

After that I´m not sure he still posts here.

If I had to say what started pushing me open to start with it would be Bioshock, but the games that really made me drawn in, would be like Mass Effect. Witcher, Fallout 3.
