Besides 15,000,000 in one year isn't too unreasonable is it? and if you look at the figures there are 31,449,600 seconds in a year, if you divide that by 15,000,000 then you get 2.09664.
Yeah, 2 seconds sounds like a lot, ends up at 15 million accounts made per year, which sounds about right.
