Ah, and for whoever's interested, my Wii is indeed a proper, BC one... even though I do have a Gamecube. I'd just hate not being able to use the accessories.

I'd check out the WiiWare versions of Castlevania, Contra, and a few others if you are into those types of games. They are decently done.  Also, World of Goo was pretty damn fun even though the PC version has a level editor which the WW version doesn't.  If you haven't played World of Goo then give it a shot on WW.

sakura wars: so long my love (or whatever it is called) seems to be anime.

Also, LKS is ok (not great), and Muramasa is great (dont listen to Rol).

OH, and in regards to your mention of Mario Galaxy in your original post, I wouldn't even bother with the first one. Especially seeing as it's still going for like $30. Just skip right to 2. I mean it's not like there's any kind of story that you need to be caught up with..

Don't get me wrong, it is an OK game. But that right there is the problem. Just "ok" for a Mario game just doesn't cut it, and is quite dissapointing. Maybe it's just me, but I found the environments pretty bland for the most part and the lack of larger galaxies was dissapointing, the powerups kinda lame, the main "hub" pretty cumbersome and boring, and the game in general too easy for the most part.

Now Galaxy 2 on the other hand, improves on most all of the weaknesses with the first. Sweeter powerups, more vast and inspired galaxies, quicker and more fluid map system instead of the hub, more challenging, and the awesomeness of Yoshi.

No More Heroes 1&2, Donkey Kong, Muramasa!!
