Why did the PS3 get a bigger boost than the 360? Holiday + price cut starting to help it out?

Wii looks like it's going to start the domination again soon.

Batman Arkham City didn't do quite as well as I thought it would but i'm sure it will have great legs, also Forza 4 has another rather disappointing week, unless MS bundles it for a really long period of time it will not outsell Forza 3.

And it's always great to see Halo Reach in that list, hopefully sales start to increase soon.

the most important thing NOW is the ps3 going to outsell xbox360 this year WORLDWIDE

Huh...? PS3 outsold the the X360 worldwide for the last 3 years now..  or do you mean lifetime total? In that case, no.

Good thing the industry measures total numbers instead of your criteria :)

In which case, its the other way around. 

Nope 360 outsold 2005-2008. 

PS3 outsold 2009-2011? Thats 3 years if they do it this year. 

second week of forza 3 in NA is November

PS3 wasn't out in 2005 and did not release until November in 2006. Hardly a fair comparison.

That is like me saying "Big whoop" to your comparison because PS2 outsold 360 from 2001-2006.

Still though they are only a week or two apart Forza 4 deserves better sales than it's getting.

PS2 comment means nothing since your talking about 2 seperate generations. Also PS3 was out in 2005.....in Sony fans hearts :P. I kid I kid. 

But the comment wasn't about 360, just addressing the years that PS3 actually outsold 360, which would be 3 years if they do it this year.

Fair? Who said business was fair? MS released first and Sony waited. That means that 2005 was a given, 2006 was a given, and the headstart momentum made 360 win in 2007/2008 as well. But again, this comment wasn't supposed to be about the 360.
