Xbox 360 exclusive Forza Motorsport 4 has entered the charts top, kicking football phenomenon FIFA 12 down to second place.

FIFA 12's sales fell by 62 per cent in its third week, while Forza 4 was the biggest Xbox 360 racing launch ever.

The last seven days saw seven other new launches impact the chart. Just Dance 3 opened in third - two places above FIFA rival PES 2012, which could only manage a fifth place debut.

Rage dropped to fourth, while Gears of War 3 shuffled down into sixth. Dark Souls, Zumba, F1 2011 and Jonah Lomu Rugby Challenge made up the rest of the top ten.

Outside the top flight, Namco aerial action title Ace Combat: Assault Horizon landed into 12th.

Frank West-starring Dead Rising 2 spin-off Off The Record performed worse for Capcom, snapping into 14th place.

Further down the chart, Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure squeaked into 16th place while, caught in his own safety net, Spider-Man: Edge of Time bounced into 39th.

I honestly didnt expect it to get No.1 I thought Fifa would hold on.

That would have been amazingly good for Fifa 0_O.

For some odd reason, FIFA is £43 instead of the standard £37 in my local GAME and other VG stores, I think the demand is unnervingly high, either that or GAME are still trolling the customer by upping the prices, as they usually do.

In GAME they always launch at £40, never seen a launch game below that unless they are doing a price match, only place it will be lower is on the internet sites. I did find it for the standard £40 at HMV, although GAME refused to price match that for some reason.

Hmm, I tended to find games a week or so after their launch lowered to 37.99 in GS and GAME. Might be dependent on different regions too I suppose.

And Mario Kart Wii is still selling I might as well get back on WiFi then since I haven't been on in 2 week. Been Super Smash Bros Brawl.
