Yes there are. Also they are fighting to reclaim the respect they lost with consumers. They have accepted that they screwed up. Also Versus is in full development get over it.

I'm not supprised. theres still a chance for this game to be successful, all the updates, all the negative press can be rectified and the improvements can be redistributed to the PS3 userbase, they can relaunch the game; which is a lot more than can be said for something like FF13, which cant be rectified.

One thing they need to do this time is MARKET. They didn't do that last time. They need to show how the game has changed. Why we should come back and play. If they don't market this, it is doomed.

After the fiasco that was the PC release, I don't think many people are going to want to give the console version a try. I know I won't, simply because I don't want to start playing a MMO again, after being addicted to Everquest.

so its going to start billing between nov and dec it says and the boss appreciates this will not be popular,lol

i see a couple of people play here,i'm zuvuyeay in the game and am only an early marauder and armorer so say hello fi you see me in there,i need some help questing,

although my computer decides when i am online or not,not me,machines eh!

Well it seems to be a good thing that it wasnt marketed as much when it came out for PC. a 2 week free trial on the PS3 wouldnt be a bad idea either. i think it will be okay tbh, FF11 is still going, these MMOs get better over time. FF14 will get better over time. and the improvements they make will be communicated to the gaming community via websites, etc. and it will spread that way. when Wada said that the FF brand has been greatly damaged, he was right, but it wasnt damaged by FF14. so i think he was using FF14 as a scapegoat.

i dont think the game is as bad as it being made out to be. an MMO can keep recovering and i'm sure the PS3 version will be well recieved.
