I am also in the camp of wishing it would be about 12 hours. Hell I never want any Uncharted game to end, but I know that U2's multiplayer sucked so many hours away from my life. After playing the Beta and the actual multiplayer of U3 I can see that it will happen again.

Uncharted game on the Easiest modes: the game literally plays itself.
On the easiest mode, you can walk through the game in 4 or 5 hours.

Uncharted is roughly the same in duration as other games such as: Killzone, Halo, Gears of War, Call of Duty, etc. Those games on the easiest campaign modes play themselves, a linear path from A to B.

Start on Normal or Hard/Veteran Mode if you want a game lasting 8 to 10 hours+ and a challenge. 

I have to say im a bit disappointed. I was hoping SP was the size of UC2 which took me 15+hrs with searching for all the treasures. Like mentioned above, am hoping the reviewer breezed thru quickly.

On another note, must say I was hoping for greater preorders (284k) - hopefully preorders in EMEAA are high since this game does reasonably well there.
