Reasonable on 08 December 2011

'Gonna be close. I think PS3 might just hang on thanks to EMEAA/Japan but 360 is going to at least close the gap to something fairly narrow.

So with the adjustments and last week. The difference is now what 735K. I believe the 360 will overtake the PS3.

The deals on the 360 in NA are ramping up again as Christmas gets closer.

This week Walmart included a $50 gift card with the 4GB 360. Best Buy included a $75 gift card with the 250GB Kinect Bundle and Amazon included a $75 gift credit with the 250GB Holiday Bundle. Dell right now has the 250GB Holiday Bundle for $229.99.

Next week Target has the 4GB Kinect Bundle including an $80 gift card for $300. Walmart includes a $100 gift card with 360 250GB Kinect Holiday Bundle or PS3 320GB Move Bundle. Waiting for other retailers specials to show up.

I think the 360 will again rise YoY while PS3 and Wii drop.  Expect 360 to lead by 200K over the PS3.  The retail special deals ramping up in NA which 360 is dominating already this year and the best deals are on 360s.

Shit man it's happening right before our eyes, pretty cool. It's like watching a horse race and seeing one come from back of the pack in the final stretch and you can't take your eyes off it. That Dell $229 250gb deal is approaching Black Friday like prices.



I LOVE paying for Xbox Live! I also love that my love for it pisses off so many people.

I know right, I quite literally can't believe it. I love my 360 and really want it to succeed, but when Don Matrick said the 360 would become world leader this year, I merely laughed and rofled around on the floor, even for a 360 owner I thought he was hallucinating.

But now it seems I was just part of the naysayers.

You should give PS3 a bit of a boost in your numbers as its going to be adjusted upwards I'd imagine. We didn't have at 900k for Nov in the US.

I'm not going to guess am I? I use the sites numbers so I have to wait for adjustments.
