Glad to see that it ended up getting localized. Love how ridiculous it all looks. Hopefully they get the shooter controls right, don't know if this studio has done much with gunplay in previous games.

Hopefully they've got it figured out by now. They're making Binary Domain, after all!

Did I ever tell you how much fun I had with Binary Domain at E3? Well there, I told you.

Yeah? Now tell me in greater detail, you fuckstick!

(Doesn't Binary Domain drop in February? They are releasing these two precariously close to one another.)

Ok, from what I remember (it's been a while) There was a unique command mechanism where you are given options for orders that change the way certain moments play out. Added to that the funny dialog they tag along with your decision ... it's pretty entertaining. If I recall correctly, you decide a main character and a secondary character who you give the orders to, though I had a group of more than two people with the demo I tried out. Plus the booth babe cosplaying as the sniper girl  pulled out a gigantic sniper rifle to my head and told me to pick her as my secondary character. After staring at her juggs, I said "sure!"

My favorite part of the game was how the robots relentlessly come after you. Even after emptying out my rifles on them, they would still pursuit me. To the point where I literally shattered off almost all their limbs and they would still crawl towards me with their final arm.

Yeah, it's definitely the better subtitle to the game.

just to clarify

The reason it is changed to Dead Souls, is because in japan it isn't called Yakuza , its called Ryu Ga Gotoku meaning Like A Dragon , and "Of The End" makes it , Like a Dragon of The End , ALA the Dragon God messiah of the end of days.

so naming it Yakuza of the End wouldn't make any sense

Yakuza 3 was great for a tenner, they really need put in a bit more localisation work though, the english subs are fine but when it asked you to find an item and you got no idea what store would sell it because they all japanese names it gets annoying.

Still need to grab number 4, though out of stock most places and like 3, not paying more than a tenner.

Yeah, I think the English subs are fine, because it most likely decreases the costs of localization, meaning they have a larger margin for profit when bringing it over.
