hmm guys what HD collection came out without a recent release of the new iteration of the franchise, already announced next iteration of the franchise or one announced soon after?

I'd get this collection. I love all these collections and get most of them.

I hope this is true..

The collections are awesome for many reasons.

1) It gets newer/younger players exposed to older games. It's also good for people who didn't get a chance to play them due to other releases/lack of money.

2) It gets some updated visuals to make them look better.

3) All of the games on one disc is a super plus.

Prince of Persia

Splinter Cell (so far)

God of War Origins (so far)

Beyond Good and Evil (sequal is years away)

I would probably buy it. Never got the chance to play them all back on PS2.

He is talking about Sony. PoP and splinter cell are ubisoft.

Sony has released gow, sly cooper collection and ico & sotc collection. GoW3, sly 4 and last guardian.

The new collection came after GoW released on the PS3 so another GoW will probably release sometime.

There's been no Jak, so there might be a new Jak as well.
