1) To become Super Saiyan Goku. I'd use my powers to kill all terrorists, human traffickers, and demolish unfair governments. I'd also like to slap some of the bastards in my country's government :P
2) Have unlimited amount of money that I can ONLY use for charitable donations. That way, I'll be known as the greatest philanthropist to ever exist and also the greatest destructor (with my Super Saiyan abilities).
3) Ask the genie to tell me where the lamp will be located after this wish.

I would wish that I could have whatever I want whenever I want it without side effects consequences or catches

I take pleasure in the little things of life, and am scared that if I make too big a wish, I'll inadvertently destroy civilization.

Haha yeah I'm selfish but whatever. I'll donate a lot of that quadrillion dollars to charities of my choice.

2. Milton Friedman back from the dead and in power in Canada with a majority government for the next 8 years (two terms)

3. Itches no longer exist. If fucking hate itches, especially on the bottom of your foot.

Well if this happened my plan would be:
1st-I wish that time would stop except for the two of us.
2nd-I wish the laws of the Universe were reversed.
3rd-I wish for infinite wishes "insert evil laugh here" :D

If I was completely selfish, I would probably have the following wishes.

1) A wallet that always has $10000 in it, as soon as the wallet is emptied.
2) Superpowers of flight, invisibility and super strength
3) Ability to charm any woman into seduction
