2006 Ridge racer 7 1920x1080 flawless 60 fps
20011 Resistance 3 960x704 struggling to keep 30 fps

2006 Dead rising, hundreds of zombies on screen at once
2011 Dead island, 8 enemies on screen

Yeah I know lol. I got sick of trying to find non-bull shot pictures by then and just threw in the first one's I could find

Eh? I've played the majority of the games on that list and they do look that good on my HDTV (except for most of the 2011 ones)

i would venture to say killzone 2 looks much better than that.

infact look at the gun in the e3 trailer (the picture you posted), then look at this (yes its ingame)

the only games that have pushed the graphics on console's are the original gears of war and crysis 2 but uncharted is the only series to keep pushing it

The graphics have improved so much.. I wonder how much further Ps3 and 360 can go in terms of graphics.

its funny how people always post that KZ2 picture ,  it looks so bad compared to the actual game.

the HD'S by far gave improved above all else.
