Is it possible to invite friends to play? or you have to get in same place with the summoning stone etc.

noooo this is not a multiplayer/coopame. you dont go to the online screen what 4 your buddies to join... you cn play with your friends but it will be difficultt becuase somebody can summon him before you do. its not designed to be played like that..its a random, speechless assitance ...hell your partner u summmon can kill you if wanted to.

today I went to the site to put in my code for the CE/pre-order bonuses I got access to it but didn't download everything, so I put my computer to sleep and began playing dark souls now when I try to download the rest of my stuff it says the code has expired....though the site says I have 24 hour access...what can I do to get my stuff?

I'm afraid you've lost them , unless you contact Namco or something .

However, The code redeems 4 things : The world map , official mini guide, behind the scene and soundtracks. If you got the limited edition you wouldn't need Behind the Scene and Soundtracks cause you already got them on DVD and CD, for the other two:
