Final Fantasy 5:
- I liked the idea of the two worlds being combined
- I liked the first overworld theme
Final Fantasy 5:
Dead Island
+ Love the open world
+ Intense atmosphere
- Hate that you can't respec
- Sewers, blah. Too sewer sections right next to each and weren't that fun to begin with
Halo: Reach...
I liked the return of the firefight mode from ODST and some of the new abilities like the jetpack boost.
Sadly, I did not care for the campaign that much (I actually enjoyed ODST's better even though it was shorter), and the multiplayer remained basically unchanged from Halo 3.
I guess I just got caught up in the Halo hype, and then after I finished the game realized that I don't really care that much for Halo anymore. I loved the original on Xbox, and played lots of multiplayer with my friends back in the day, but once COD4 Modern Warfare came out, I never looked at Halo the same way again, especially for its multiplayer.
Super Smash Bros. Brawl...
I liked the vast amount of classic tunes and remixes on the sound track. That's about it. Easily the biggest disappointment of this generation for me.

You know I was always wondering why no one ever used the dollar sign for $ony, but then I realized they have no money so it would be pointless.
Gears of War:
- Love how gritty it is, the environment is cool and the enemies are scary/tough looking
- Love the chainsaw on the lancer
Bad Company 2:
- Love dedicated servers
- Love the spawn system (you can spawn at your base or on teammates I think)
- Love how its more team-oriented/objective based
MadWorld had a really cool art style. Too bad the gameplay felt so damn repetitive.
