What he does may not be right, but the guy suffers from mental disorders. So being a dick is not the best response.

How do I know that he likes it? He does the same squity eyed face that he does when I scratch or pet him. Yeah, there was a first time I did it and in wasn't related to abuse. I was giving him a neck massage, and starting doing it chopping him harder and harder to see if he would like it. I found out he can take some heavy massage chops, so I wondered if he would still like it if I used a closed fist. He did.
