Only 0.3 behind 360, which means PS3 owners are buying games almost at the same rate as 360 gamers. Which is quite the different picture from a few years back.

But seriously, why do y'all think that EVERY (western) Sony sequel this year has disapponting sales? (LBP2, KZ3, Motorstorm, Infamous 2, now RE 3) Ok, KZ3 and Infamous have a shot to do as well as its prequels, but I thought they would sell more...Saw anyone this coming?

Gamers gotta make choices I suppose. LA Noire, Mortal Kombat, Dead Space 2, Portal 2, Crysis 2 + All those other shooters (homefront, Brink, Red Faction, etc.) + the exclusives can really hamper all games across the board. KZ3 is matching KZ2 although many of the core fans liked KZ2 better. InFamous 2 is below inFamous 1, but not by much. LBP2, I honestly don't know. IT got raving reviews & most claiming it was better than LBP in every way. Maybe it's just a holiday game. RE3 is caught in a pretty huge holiday right now so sales would definitely be lower.

Shocking PS3 numbers really. Back to pre-pricecut levels despite a bunch of new SW...

Still bad Overall sales for R3 , Dead Island killed R3 . It's a good bet that the people who own both 360 and PS3 bought Dead Island instead. R3 barely sold more than Dead Island on the PS3. lol

Wow some interesting numbers. I expected to PS3 to continue dropping now that price cut was a while ago, but a loss of that much this fast I didn't quite expect.

Wii still losing big. Needs new software to come out.

WKCII sold nearly as much as Disgaea 4 did in NA first week. That is depressing. WCKII is horrible.

Zelda to the rescue, wii will be above 70,000 that week.
